10.3.2. MINIMUM ROM LENGTH
This item configures the minimum displacement of the weight stack, in cm, before the movement is
considered a repetition. The display shows:

10.3.3. DEFAULT ROM START
This item configures the distance in cm that the weight stack must move from the rest position
before entering the exercise zone. This distance depends on the mechanics of the individual
machine. Typically, this displacement is achieved using the machine’s easy-start lever. The display

This item configures the default value of the ROM, in cm, prior to acquisition of the user’s personal
ROM, and is used to correctly fill out the ROM LED band on the display. The display shows:
