VISUALISE DATA
FRAME 127: 56: 3:240 412
DISL 412 DISM 0 2.5 KG
PINOUT N LOAD DW Y AW Y
This view is used for monitoring the status of the sensors and the serial communications between
the FPGA board and the CPU board (continuous transmission of 4 bytes from the FPGA board see
paragraph Errore. L'origine riferimento non è stata trovata.). The display shows:
1
st
LINE: shows the value of the 4 bytes of the communication protocol between the 2 boards,
in decimal format, separated by “:”. The last number is the selector pin position in
mm, obtained from the values of the 2
nd
and 3
rd
bytes;
2
nd
LINE: shows the following 3 values:
- DISL: the selector pin position in mm, acquired during the last weight selection
before running the configuration procedure;
- DISM: the relative displacement of the selector pin from its original position, in
mm, acquired before running the configuration procedure;
- last selected weight before running the configuration procedure.
3
rd
LINE: readout of the machine status:
- PINOUT: with the encoder currently used this value is always N;
- LOAD DW: shows the status of the weight stack: Y if the weight stack is in the
rest position, and N if the weight stack is raised. In other words, this parameter
monitors the state of the weight stack sensor;
