10.8. RESET PROCEDURE
This procedure resets the machine configuration parameters to their default values. The default
parameter values are loaded from the program memory and overwrite those stored in the ram with
backup battery.
To do this, proceed as follows:
1. Turn off the machine.
2. Switch on the machine, while holding down the key furthest to the right, until the machine
sounds 3 consecutive beeps.
3. The machine performs the reset sequence and loads the default parameters, as for a Chest Press.
After completing this procedure, carry out the procedures described in paragraphs 10.1. “User:
machine configuration”, 10.2. “User: ROM configuration”, 10.3. “Service: machine configuration”
e 10.4. “Service: weight stack configuration”.
ATTENTION: the reset procedure should be used when the data in the memory with
backup battery has been corrupted, and it is not possible to configure the parameters by
the standard procedures.
