10.1. USER: MACHINE CONFIGURATION
To access this procedure, select the USER item from the main configuration menu and enter the
password “2406” which protects against unauthorized access. Use the two center keys to enter the
first password digit, then press OK; repeat for the remaining digits of the password. After pressing
OK to confirm the last digit, a new menu will appear:

ROM CONFIGURATION
Use the center keys to scroll down until the MACHINE CONFIGURATION item illuminates, then
press OK.
10.1.1. LANGUAGE
This item displays the language used by the program. The display shows:
MACHINE CONFIGURATION
LANGUAGE
ENGLISH
The language setting cannot be changed. Press OK to confirm and proceed.
10.1.2. UNITS OF MEASUREMENT
This item sets the units of weight measurement. The display shows:
MACHINE CONFIGURATION
UNIT OF MEASURE
USA = 0 EUR = 1

The available options are:
• 1 to set European units of measurement: weight in kg;
• 0 to set US units of measurement: weight in pounds.
Select the desired value then press OK to confirm and proceed.
