8 Battery Module
The Battery Module is a Battery Box that can be mounted in the rack cabinet of UPS EVO DSP PLUS Modular.
The inside Batteries can be installed at factory or installed by qualified technical personnel authorized by
TECNOWARE.
Each Battery Module is shipped with its own package.
It occupies 3 Rack units (3U) in height; it occupies a quarter of the width of the rack cabinet and mechanically it is
fixed to the Rack cabinet by means of the screws of mounting ears.
Its electrical connection to the System is quick and easy thanks to Hot-swap connections.
Each Battery Module contains 10 Batteries.
Each Battery Expansion for EVO DSP PLUS Modular must have 40 Batteries and therefore must always consist of 4
Battery Modules. Therefore the Battery Modules must always be multiples of 4.
Each Battery expansion (4 Battery Modules) must be placed on a single rack cabinet shelf.
The maximum number of Battery Modules that can be mounted in the Rack cabinet is specified in chapter 9.1.
