Problems Causes Solutions
The outriggers do not work
The machine doesn't steer
The boom doesn't move
When the brake pedal is stepped
down, the machine doesn't brake
Check the sliders and the efficiency of
the electrovalves.
Check the efficiency and the internal
seals of the cylinder.
Check the efficiency of the valves and
that the internal pistons slide correctly.
Check the efficiency of the internal
sliders of the Walvoil main valve.
Check the operation of main gear
pump.
The priority valve doesn't deliver
hydraulic oil to the hydraulic drive;
change the valve unit.
Check the efficiency of the hydraulic
drive and if the pilot activates the priority
valve.
Check the efficiency and the internal
seals of the cylinders.
The pump doesn't deliver oil. Check the
max output pressure of the pump.
Replace if damaged.
Valve restricted or damaged; remove
and check the seals and the efficiency
of the slider.
Check the efficiency of the main
valve (see par. 2 - sect. “Technical
Specifications”). Remove the pressure
relief valve and eliminate any dirt.
Check the efficiency of the valve and the
proper sliding of the internal piston.
Check the pump thoroughly.
The electrovalves don't work.
Outrigger cylinders damaged.
Outrigger cylinders’ block valves
damaged.
Main valve damaged.
Main pump damaged.
Load-sensing priority valve damaged.
Hydraulic drive damaged.
Steering cylinders damaged.
Main gear pump damaged.
Load-sensing priority valve damaged.
Main valve damaged.
Pressure relief valve of main valve
damaged.
Auxiliary gear pump damaged.
