3.7.8 Gradation characteristics function
When executing line analysis, select “Log, Linear or S” (1) for the gain curve that converts
ultrasound waves obtained by receiving ultrasound wave echoes generated from the
ultrasound transducer.
3.7.9 Analysis functions
a) Line analysis
1) Select “Line Analysis” (1) for Analysis Method.
2) Select “LINE” for Analysis Method.
If the reference waveform is not yet registered, register it referring to the
aforementioned “Registering Ref. Data.”
3) Take a measurement.Adjust the gain so that the peak of the target section is
aligned with the light height and take measurements.
The gain when measuring the target section, reference gain, and the difference
between them are shown (2).
