Reassemble the Nose Roller

1. Reassemble in reverse order. Place a roller spacer
against each side of the bearing surface (Fig. 088).
 Installtherollercapsnext,aligningthesquareofthe
capwiththesquareofthebearinghub(Fig.089).
2. Slide the nose roller back into the boom. Install the
screw, washer and pin assembly. Make sure the pin
assembly lines up with roller caps and bearing hub
(Fig. 090).

3. Torquethescrewto150ft-lbs.+ 15 ft-lbs. (203 + 20
Nm).
4. Grease the pin assembly with high temperature
Mobil grease (Fig. 091).
