indicatethatyourspeedhaschangedbeyondthe
rangeofthenozzlesorthereisaproblemwiththe
spraysystem.

•Ifyouareoperatingthesprayerataslowground
speedthatcausesthecomputertomaintain
toolowofasprayersystempressureforthe
applicationratingoftheselectednozzles,the
chemicalsolutiondischargesfromthenozzle
incorrectly(runningordribbling).Selectasprayer
nozzlewithalowerapplicationraterange.
•Ifyouareoperatingthesprayeratahighground
speedthatcausesthecomputertousefullsprayer
systempressureandthesprayerpressureis
inadequatetoachievethedesiredapplicationrate.
Tocorrectyouapplicationrate,slowyourground
speedtoachieveyourapplicationrateorselecta
sprayernozzlewithahigherapplicationraterange.
UncloggingaNozzle
Ifanozzlebecomescloggedwhileyouarespraying,
youcancleanitusingahandspraybottleofwater
oratoothbrush.
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,engagethe
parkingbrake,shutofftheengine,andremove
thekey.
2.Setthemasterboom-switchtotheOFFposition
andthenrunthesprayerpump;refertoSprayer
Pump(page43).
3.Removethecloggednozzleandcleanitusinga
spraybottleofwateroratoothbrush.

Toselectthedesirednozzle:
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,engagethe
parkingbrake,shutofftheengine,andremove
thekey.
2.Setthemaster-boomswitchtotheOFFposition
andrunthesprayerpump;refertoSprayer
Pump(page43).
3.Rotatetheturretofthenozzlesineitherdirection
tothecorrectnozzle.
CleaningtheSprayer
Important:Youmustalwaysemptyandclean
thesprayerimmediatelyaftereachuse.Failure
todosomaycausethechemicalstodryor
thickeninthelines,cloggingthepumpandother
components.
Usetheapprovedrinsekitforthismachine.Contact
yourAuthorizedT oroDealerformoreinformation.
Cleanthespraysystemaftereachsprayingsession.
Toproperlycleanthespraysystem,dothefollowing:
•Use3separaterinses.
•Usethecleanersandneutralizersas
recommendedbythechemicalmanufacturers.
•Usepurecleanwater(nocleanersorneutralizers)
forthelastrinse.
