HaveanAuthorizedT oroServiceDistributorcheckthe
followinginternalpumpcomponentsfordamage:
•Pumpdiaphragm
•Pumpcheckvalveassemblies
Replaceanycomponentsifnecessary.
AdjustingtheBoomsto
Level
Thefollowingprocedurecanbeusedtoadjustthe
actuatorsonthecenterboomtokeeptheleftand
rightboomsatlevel.
1.Extendtheboomstothesprayposition.
2.Removethecotterpinfromthepivotpin(Figure
105).

eyeletrod.
8.Raisetheboomtoalignthepivotwiththe
actuatorrod.
9.Whileholdingtheboom,insertthepinthrough
bothboompivotandactuatorrod(Figure105).
10.Withthepininplace,releasetheboomand
securethepinwiththecotterpreviously
removed.
11.Repeattheprocedureforeachactuatorrod
bearing,ifnecessary.
