CAUTION
Beforeopeningthehydraulicsystem,operateallhydrauliccontrols
torelievesystempressureandavoidinjuryfrompressurized
hydraulicuid.
7.ReadtheGeneralPrecautionsforRemovingandInstallingtheHydraulic
SystemComponents(page5–63).
8.Cleanthehydraulictubeendsandoilcoolerttingstopreventhydraulic
contamination.

theradiator.
10.Coverorplugthehydraulichosestopreventcontamination.

12.Loosenthehoseclampandremoveoverowhosefromtheradiatorll
opening.
13.Removecoolantreservoirfrombracketonthecableguard.
14.Disconnecttheelectricalpowerconnectoroftheblower.Removethe4nuts
and4boltsthatsecurestheblowertotheradiator.
15.Removetheblowerfromtheradiator.
16.Supporttheradiatorassemblybeforelooseningmountingfasteners.
17.Removethe2nutsand2bushingsthatsecuretheradiatortotheradiator
support.
18.Carefullypulltheradiatorassemblyfromthemachine.Plugtheradiatorand
hoseopeningtopreventcontamination.
19.Ifnecessary,disassembletheradiator(Figure14).
