CAUTION
Beforeopeningthehydraulicsystem,operateallthehydraulic
controlstoreleasesystempressureandavoidinjuryfromthe
pressurizedhydraulicuid;refertoReleasingPressurefromthe
HydraulicSystem(page6–8).
5.Disconnectthehydraulichosesandtubesfromthettingsinthemanifold.
Allowthelinestodrainintoasuitablecontainer.Removeanddiscardthe
O-ringsfromthettings.
6.Installcleancapsorplugsonthehydraulichosesandttingstoprevent
systemcontamination.
7.Forassemblypurposes,labelallthesolenoidcoilwireharnessleads.
Disconnectthewireharnessleadsfromthesolenoidcoilsonthemanifold.
8.Removethe2ange-headscrewsthatsecurethemanifoldtothemachine
frame.
9.Removetheliftcontrolmanifoldfromthemachine.

Aowcontroloriceisplacedbelowseveralhydraulicttingson
theliftcontrolmanifold(Figure168).Theliftcontrolmanifolduses3
differentoricesizes.Ifthettingsareremovedfromthemanifold
andanoriceisinthemanifoldport,ensurethatyouremovethe
oriceandlabelitspositionforassemblypurposes.
10.Ifnecessary,removethehydraulicttingsfromthemanifold,anddiscard
theO-rings.
11.Locate,retrieve,andlabeltheoricefromthemanifoldport(ifequipped).
