2.9 Safety layout
The safety layout designates the location of the safety elements.
1 Door to machine housing, opening during operation immediately caus-
es the standstill of all machine movements.
2 Infeed cover with tumbler; the infeed cover is held shut by a lock during
operation. A malfunction is present if the cover can still be opened dur-
ing operation.
All movements within the machine are stopped immediately.
3 Main switch, actuating it causes the EMERGENCY STOP of the ma-
chine. All movements in the machine are stopped immediately, the ma-
chine is de-energized.
4 Mains plug (not shown), must always be freely accessible to allow pull-
ing it in case of danger.
