Cleaning tools for manual cleaning:
Use the following tools:
CAUTION
Risk of product contamination from unclean cleaning devices!
If the cleaning devices are soiled dirt particles may remain on the machine
and later contaminate the product.
Ensure that all tools used for cleaning are completely clean.
Replace the cleaning devices at regular intervals.

9.5 Cleaning schedule for daily cleaning

The following information applies to single-shift operation.
CAUTION
Risk of injury on the product holder!
Risk of injury on the tips and claws of the product feed holder!
Always wear the personal protective equipment when working on the
product feed holder!

1. Step Brush off the visible area of the machine in closed condition using a clean hand
brush.
2. Step Use a clean, lint-free cloth to wipe the control panel.
3. Step Switch off the machine (master switch in the 0/OFF position).
4. Step Open the feeding lid. page 80
5. Step Check the product feed holder and the attachments of the product feed holder.
Remove product scraps and crumbs with a clean brush.
6. Step Remove product residues and crumbs from the infeed and removal chute using a
clean hand brush.
7. Step Remove the crumb drawer. page 81
