6.2.2 Restart
The machine is restarted after:
each time the machine is switched off/shut down
all maintenance and repair work
whenever the power outlet is replaced on the machine (power outlet re-
placement)
1. Perform a visual inspection during which you check the proper clean-
ing.
2. Check whether all safety covers are in place, properly secured and
without damage.
3. Carry out a function test of the safety switches ( “Functional test of
the safety switches” on page 41).
- The machine is operational.
6.2.3 Start-up after an EMERGENCY STOP
The start-up after EMERGENCY STOP is performed after any protective
function of the machine has triggered the EMERGENCY STOP function.
1. The cause for triggering the EMERGENCY STOP function must have
been eliminated. For example if an open cover was the trigger that
must have been closed.
2. Initialise the machine ( “Initialisation” on page 49).
3. Carry out a function test of the safety switches ( “Functional test of
the safety switches” on page 41).
- The machine is operational.
