7.5 Slice product half with previously set slice thickness
The machine is operational. The product feed holder is in clamping posi-
tion.
1. Insert the product ( “Inserting the product” on page 50).
2. Set the desired slice thickness by turning the rotary pushbutton.
3. Press the rotary pushbutton.
- The machine switches to halving mode.
4. Turn the rotary switch anticlockwise.
- The "slice product half" function is displayed.
5. Press the desired START/STOP button.
- The product half is sliced with the specified slice thickness.
6. Remove the cut product from the removal chamber.
7. Place it on the bagging plate.
8. Package the product.
