8.6 Menü „Service“
With this menu you can select the cleaning position for cleaning the blade
and carry out cleaning of the blade.
Clean the blade at least once daily.
CAUTION
Risk of injury on the upright knife!
The blade is very sharp; there is increased risk of injury when handling the
blade in an unsafe manner.
Wear personal protective equipment.
Never touch the blade’s cutting edge.
Make sure that no unauthorised persons have access to the knife.
Movement of the blade to the cleaning position
The machine is operational.
1. Close the infeed cover.
2. Actuate the rotary pushbutton for 3 s to access the menu.
3. Press the rotary pushbutton twice in sequence.
- The blade moves to the cleaning position and stops in the cutting
chute.
- The locking of the infeed cover opens automatically.
4. Open the infeed cover.
