Cleaning schedule for daily cleaning

The contents of the crumb drawer are unfit for consumption!
CAUTION
Risk of injury on the upright knife!
The cut-off knife is very sharp. There is increased risk of injury in the case
of unsafe handling of the cut-off knife.
 Wear personal protective equipment.
 Only store dismantled blades in safe places!
 Never touch the blade’s cutting edge.
 Make sure that no unauthorised persons have access to the knife.
8. Step Empty the crumb drawer and dispose of the contents.
Use a clean hand brush to remove product scraps and crumbs.
.. Step Daily blade cleaning:
- Move the blade to the cleaning position.
- Wipe the blade with a damp, lint-free and clean cloth
until the deposits on the blade and cutting edge have been removed. Avoid the
formation of droplets!
- Now dry the blade.
To completely clean the blade, you need to repeat the process of accessing the
cleaning position several times.

10. Step Clean the area below the crumb drawer with a clean hand brush.
11. Step Always check afterwards whether the machine is perfectly clean.
Particularly check areas that come into contact with product and adjacent areas.
Remove possible stickiness with a moist lint-free cloth.
Check the safety signs after each cleaning.

12. Step Insert crumb drawer. page 86
13. Step Check whether all reinstalled parts are in their correct position and properly fas-
tened.
14. Step Close the front door.
15. Step Close the infeed cover.
