4.) The CT Strips are connected in a daisy-chain format using Ethernet cables (not
provided). The first (or last) CT strip in the daisy-chain is connected to the Bus
port on the Enkapsis.
a.
Standard CAT5 or CAT6 straight-through Ethernet cables are used for the
daisy-chain.
b.
All 8 wires of the daisy-chained Ethernet cables are used to provide
communications, voltage reference, and power for the CT Strips.
NOTE: Straight-through Ethernet cables must be used. Do NOT use a crossover
cable format, this may cause damage to the iBCPM system.
