CT Wiring and Phase Selector
Caution: CT wiring and the Phase Selector is very important with the Bus2.0 system. If
a CT is wired incorrectly or the Phase Selector is incorrectly placed it will lead
to errors and potential equipment damage.
To avoid errors and keep installation simple, use the following guidelines when wiring
CT’s to Bus2.0 Cards (4 or 8 circuit):
Wiring Connectors
The connectors will come pre-labeled for a 4-circuit setup (N-A-B-C). They are also
color coded to ensure the CT wires are placed correctly. Figure 38 shows circuits 1, 2, 3,
4 (Ckt 1, Ckt 2, Ckt 3, Ckt 4) in order from left to right.
4-Circuit Cards:
□ Connector 1: 1N, 1A, 1B, 1C
8-Circuit Cards:
□ Connector 1: 1N, 1A, 1B, 1C
□ Connector 2: 2N, 2A, 2B, 2C
