Free Programmable Keys
3.9.10 Alternate
Toggles between two calls; the currently active call is put on hold.
Use the Key label <key number> field to define or change the name (label) of the key.
Free Programmable Keys (FPKs) can be configured via the WBM or on the local phone. For
details regarding the different ways to configure program keys, please refer to How to Config-
ure Free Programmable Keys (FPKs).
Administration via WBM
System > Features > Program keys > Alternate
3.9.11 Blind Call Transfer
A call is transferred without consultation, as soon as the phone goes on-hook or the target
phone goes off-hook.
Use the Key label <key number> field to define or change the name (label) of the key.

ure Free Programmable Keys (FPKs).
