Operating your OpenScape Desk Phone CP700/CP700X 39
Press the Softkey for K to access edit mode. You can complete the following fields for a contact:
• Last name: Last name of a contact.
• First name: First name of a contact.
• Work 1: First work phone number. If only one phone number is available, it is stated here.
• Work 2: Second work phone number.
• Mobile: Mobile phone number.
• Home: Home phone number
• Company: The company a contact is working at.
• Address 1: First address where a contact can be reached.
• Address 2: Second address where a contact can be reached.
• Role: Job title of a contact.
• Email: Email address of a contact.
• Avatar: Picture of a contact.
Press the Softkey for K to enter the last name.
