6.4.1 Connections and Selecting the Calibrator Function

1. To select the calibrator function from the HMI41, press the ON/OFF button until you can

see some text on the display. Then release the ON/OFF button and within 1 ... 2 seconds,

press both ENTER and MODE buttons until the following display appears:

After a few seconds, the display changes to show the following:

If the basic settings (display units, automatic power o function, display

quantities, and pressure) have to be changed, see the HMI41 documentation

set.

2. Press ENTER repeatedly until the following display appears:

3. To calibrate the transmitter, select number 3 with buttons (number up) and

(number down) and then press ENTER.

4. Next the baud rate appears on the display. Select the baud rate 19200 (= 19.2 on the

HMI41 display) and press ENTER. Conﬁgure the rate with the and buttons if

necessary.

5. The serial communications selection appears. Select the following settings: N, 8, 1 and

press ENTER.
