GENERAL INFORMATION
Requirements for Limited Warranty to Apply:
Failure to comply with any of the following requirements will immediately
and automatically VOID the Limited Warranty:
(1) You must be the owner of the Grunt EVO and register the unit within
thirty (30) days of purchase. All fields are required to successfully submit your
registration form. Please register the Limited Warranty for your EVO at
https://www.volcon.com/warranty-registration
(2) You must provide your original purchase receipt as proof of purchase from
an authorized Volcon dealership, retailer, or distributor. Proof of purchase is
required to assert a warranty claim and confirm the warranty period start
date.
(3) The EVO must have been used in accordance with its intended purpose.
(See Exclusions section below for clarification).
(4) All parts of the EVO, including but not limited to, electronics, connectors,
and cables, must not have been repaired, replaced, or modified (except
repairs or replacements authorized and made by Volcon pursuant to the
Limited Warranty).
(5) The EVO’s PIN number or barcode must not have been removed, defaced,
damaged, altered, or made illegible.
(6) You must have purchased the EVO, and only used the EVO, in North
America/LATAM. Unless otherwise agreed by Volcon in writing, Volcon or
Volcon authorized dealers will only ship the EVO (or any replacement
Covered Components or batteries) within represented locations or regions.
