VEHICLE INFORMATION
To engage Reverse mode, you must return to or start in Neutral. While in
Neutral, press the down arrow on the D-Pad and hold down. The display will
show Reverse. While keeping the left hand pressing the down arrow, slowly
twist the throttle to move in reverse. When you release the down arrow on
the D-Pad, the Grunt EVO will automatically return to Neutral mode.
It is highly recommended that new riders start in Stroll mode for their first
ride. When you have become comfortable with starting and stopping the
Grunt EVO as well as changing modes, then proceed to each mode until
comfortable with operating all 3 modes and reverse.
STROLL: Uses the least power and is used for low-speed activities and
learning.
EXPLORE: The most versatile mode which will provide good performance and
range.
SPORT: The highest performance mode to maximize torque and speed, but
uses the most amount of energy.
REVERSE: Helps you back out of a location you cannot make a turn or pull out
of in a forward position.
CAUTION Always be aware of your surroundings before engaging in a
mode or accelerating the Grunt EVO. Make sure to always check the display
to understand which mode is active.
Power Switch
Located on the Right side of the handlebar [Fig. 1], just slightly to the left of
the right Grip (Throttle).
To power on the motorcycle, toggle the switch to the ON position. (I
