SAFE OPERATING INSTRUCTION
We recommend powering the motorcycle off before reconnecting the safety
tether. This will allow the operator time to review the situation causing the
disconnection (fall, accident, or other) and ensure the throttle cannot be
accidentally engaged during tether reconnection.
WARNING Before operating the motorcycle, ensure the operator has
the safety tether securely fastened to their wrist.
The safety tether is secured via a wrist lanyard. When an operator is pulled
from the motorcycle the power source is disconnected, helping to prevent
further damage or injury.
WARNING Do not tamper with or bypass the safety tether switch.
Doing so will compromise the safety of the motorcycle and operator, which
can cause serious injury or death.
Electrical Components
The Volcon Grunt EVO is fully electric with minimal mechanical components.
Operators must be fully aware of hazards with respect to high and
low-voltage components. Never attempt to service, modify or replace
electrical components.
