SAFE OPERATING INSTRUCTION
What’s Different from Other Two-Wheeled Vehicles?
This section will help you understand some distinct differences and operating
features of this vehicle.
Response to Trail Conditions
The trail behavior of this trail motorcycle may be different from other
off-road vehicles on the market. Follow these recommendations:
- Do not ride on roads or paved surfaces. This unit is not considered
“Street legal”.
- Whenever you ride, be respectful to your surroundings by staying on
established trails and riding only in approved areas.
- The knobby tires have aggressive grip and may not react like normal
dirt motorcycle tires.
- Driving temperatures lower than -5°F (-20°C) will result in reduced
power/performance.
Power vehicle on/off
Powering the motorcycle on and off is much quieter and easy to miss due to
very little or no noise output. Be careful to always confirm if the motorcycle is
ON or OFF, by looking directly at the power switch, before engaging the
throttle. A secondary check is looking at the display for mode.
CAUTION Always make sure you are firmly seated with both feet
supporting you and the motorcycle, before powering on the vehicle. Power
the motorcycle OFF when done riding or leaving the motorcycle unattended.
