GENERAL INFORMATION
SAFETY MESSAGES
Your safety and the safety of others are very important and operating this
motorcycle safely is an important responsibility. You will find important safety
information in a variety of forms, including safety labels on the Grunt EVO
and safety messages within this manual or labels.
The types of safety messages, what they look like, and how they are used in
this manual are explained as follows:
WARNING Indicates a potential hazard which, if not avoided or
ignored, could result in serious injury or death.
DANGER Indicates a potential hazard that, if not avoided or ignored,
could result in death.
HIGH VOLTAGE Indicates high voltage is present, exposure can cause
shock, burns, and even death.
The High Voltage symbol is located on several parts of your motorcycle. The
motor, motor controller, and battery are high-voltage components that
should only be serviced by a Volcon-certified technician.
Do not tamper with, cut, probe, or modify high-voltage cables or wiring.
Always disconnect power from the battery before performing maintenance.
Wear safety glasses whenever working on electronic components or rotating
machinery.
