SAFE OPERATING INSTRUCTION
You must be physically able to operate all controls, turn the handlebar
through the full range or steering, mount and dismount, balance the full
weight of vehicle, operator and cargo and monitor your surroundings to
operate the vehicle. Pushing limitations is another major cause of
motorcycle crashes. Never ride beyond your personal skill limit or faster
than you feel comfortable going.
This Motorcycle has been designed for all riders. However, not all people
are physically or emotionally ready to ride. Therefore, before parents
allow any younger children to ride this motorcycle, we urge them to make
sure they have the physical and mental dexterity required to operate an
off-road motorcycle safely.
Vehicle Condition
Its important to keep your motorcycle properly maintained and in safe
riding condition. Having a breakdown can be difficult, costly, and very
inconvenient. Especially when you are stranded off-road far from your
home or base camp.
To help avoid these problems, always inspect your motorcycle before
every ride. Be sure to properly inspect your motorcycle after every ride.
Remove debris and clean heavy soil from the vehicle. Perform all
recommended maintenance on schedule.
Your motorcycle is designed and manufactured for off-road use only. The
tires are not made for pavement, and your motorcycle does not have turn
signals and other features required to make it legal for use on public roads
and highways.
Road and Weather Conditions
The terrain can present an assortment of challenges when you ride
off-road. Continually look out and ‘‘read’’ the terrain for unexpected
turns, drop-offs, rocks, ruts, and other hazards.
