This command enables or disables PWM modulation. The query returns the state of PWM
modulation. Select only pulse waveform as a carrier waveform for PWM.

Arguments
ON or <NR1>≠0 enables PWM modulation.
OFF or <NR1>=0 disables PWM modulation.
