7.7 Fuel system
Information regarding the fuel system
Fill up the tank with the correct fuel type at the end of each
working day to prevent the formation of condensation water in
the fuel tank. Do not fill the tank completey so the fuel can
expand.
Do not run the fuel tank completely dry. Otherwise, air is drawn
into the fuel system. This requires bleeding the fuel system.
Diesel fuel specification
Use only the diesel fuels indicated.
► If other fuels are used, warranty rights shall not apply in case
of diesel engine damage.
► Do not use diesel fuel with additives.

Refueling
Explosion hazard when handling fuel!
Can result in severe burns or death.
► Never perform work on the fuel system in the vicinity of open
flames or sparks.
► Do not smoke.
► Keep the maintenance area clean.
► Do not refuel in closed rooms.
