The information in the following points must be available at least during first-time commission-
ing. It may vary depending on the application and the requirements from the manufactu-
rer/supplier must be checked.
This checklist should be retained or stored with the machine documents so that it can be used
as a reference during recurring tests.
NOTICE
This checklist is not a replacement for the first-time commissioning or the regular testing
done by a qualified person.
