Using the Menu
The following table describes the navigation buttons on the control panel.

Display/close the System

Switch between the

Forward Arrow button (moves one level downwards) or
Back Arrow button (moves one level upwards)
Switch between menu or
items in the same level
Up Arrow button (displays the previous menu or
item) or Down Arrow button (displays the next menu
or item)
Move the cursor (_) of
the setting value the right
or left
Forward Arrow button (moves to the right) or Back
Arrow button (moves to the left)
Confirm setting OK button
Reset settings to
default value
Press Up Arrow and Down Arrow button at the
same time.
Change setting for a
specific job
Copy button changes job settings for copy jobs.
Fax button changes job settings for fax jobs.
Scan button changes job settings for scan jobs.
Email button changes job settings for scan to
email jobs.
