Enabling a Software Option
You can use the Software Option feature to enable optional, purchased software features on your
device.
To enable a Software Option:
1. In the Embedded Web Server, log in as administrator, then click System→Security.
Note: The Software Option feature is visible only when HTTPS is enabled. For details,
refer to Configuring HTTP Settings in the Embedded Web Server.
2. In the Security area, click Software Option.
3. For Software Option, type the authorization key that was provided with your purchased software
kit.
4. Click OK.
