4. Remove the Snap Ring and Idler Gear (Figure 2).

Install the components in the reverse of removal.

Removal
1. Switch Off the Printer and unplug the Power Cord.
2. Remove the following covers:
a. The Front Cover (REP 1.1).
b. The Middle Cover (REP 1.3).
3. Disconnect connector CN6 from the HVPS PWB, and route the wires through the frame
(Figure 1).
