15-320 / 330 Mail Server Connection Failure Fault
The printer is unable to contact the SMTP server.
The printer is unable to contact a DNS server to resolve the SMTP host name.

Initial Actions
1. Check the SMTP IP address or host name.
2. Check the network configuration.
Procedure
Check that the DNS server is online.
15-400 LDAP Communication Failure Fault
The machine is unable to contact the LDAP server.

Initial Actions
Switch On the power then switch Off the power.
Procedure
Printers using ethernet connection: The ethernet connection is good.

Connect the printer to the ethernet
Printers using WiF connection: check the connections between the WiFi PWB and the Main
PWB. The connectors are fully seated.

• Check that there is no contamination present.
• Reseat the connector.
Check the circuit between the WiFi PWB and the Main PWB. The circuit is good.

Replace parts as required
Perform the following checks:
• Check the LDAP IP address or Host Name.
• Check that the LDAP port is open and connected.
