Scan to Email
Test Email Transmission
To ensure Email has be setup successfully, perform the following steps:
Refer to the User Guide for full details of sending Emails.
¾ Place a document in the Document Feeder, or on the Document Glass.
¾ Select the [Email] key and set any features required.
¾ Follow the instructions on the display.
¾ Press the [Start] button to scan the original.
If you loaded an original on the Document Glass, you will be asked if you want to scan
another page.
If the test job fails, refer to the Problem Solving chapter for trouble-shooting procedures.
