Administration Tools
Maintenance Tools
A number of maintenance tools are provided. These tools can also be accessed using Xerox
CentreWare. The tools are:
¾ Serial Number - displays the serial number of the WorkCentre M20i - page 11-15.
¾ Notify Toner Low - sends an email to you when the toner is low - page 11-16. The Email
address is entered using Xerox CentreWare Internet Services (see “Setting Alert
Notifications” on page 11-25).
¾ New Drum - used to reset the drum usage after replacement - page 11-17.
¾ Clean Drum - prints a special drum cleaning - page 11-18.
¾ Billing Counters - used to check the billing counters (see page 11-19).
