Department is displayed and
press [Enter].
¾ To clear the Journal, press or
until Journal is displayed and
press [Enter].
¾ To remove a Department Code,
press or until Code is
displayed and press [Enter].
Choose All and press [Enter] to
remove all Department Codes.
To remove individual Department
Codes, choose Each, press
[Enter], enter the Department
Number and confirm the removal.
Management
[Clear Department]
