REMOVING THE FLYWHEEL
1.
Remove:
• Flywheel cover
• TCI unit
2.
Remove:
• Flywheel nut “1”
• Washer
• Starter pulley
TIP
Attach the sheave holder “2” to hold the flywheel.
3.
Remove:
• Flywheel “1”
• Woodruff key
TIP
• Remove the flywheel “1” using the flywheel puller “2”.
• Fully tighten the tool holding bolts, making sure the tool
body is parallel with the flywheel. If necessary, one bolt
may be backed out slightly to level the tool body.
