a. Remove the ignition coil (TCI unit).
b. Connect the digital circuit tester () to the primary
terminal.
c. Measure the primary coil resistance.

Check:
Secondary coil resistance
Out of specification Replace.

a. Remove the ignition coil (TCI unit).
b. Connect the digital circuit tester () to the second-
ary terminal.
c. Measure the secondary coil resistance.
