Ensure the barcode is within the area formed by the aiming pattern. The aiming dot increases visibility
in bright lighting conditions.

5. The captured data appears in the text field.
Scanning with LI3678 Linear Imager
To scan with the LI3678:
1. Pair the LI3678 with the device. See Pairing a Bluetooth Scanner on page 81 for more information.
2. Ensure that an app is open on the device and a text field is in focus (text cursor in text field).
