Checks
Before starting the system for the first time, make sure that
• the installation has been checked, according to the individual product checklists
(drive, safety component) and the checklists provided in this document (see
chapter Installation checklists).
• all necessary configuration steps have been completed
• all tools are cleared from the installation area to prevent short circuits and
projectiles
• starting the system does not cause any danger
• all safety functions which are configured into use, are validated according to
chapter Verification and validation on page 457.
