SS1 ramp functions when drive modulation is lost
The operation of SS1-r and -t functions in a situation where drive modulation is lost
during the deceleration ramp is described below.
The operation of SSE function in this situation is otherwise similar, but SSE
indications are shown instead of SS1 indications.
With safe speed estimation
With both SS1-r and SS1-t, STO function is activated right away when the modulation
is lost but the SS1 indications are operational. STO cascading is not activated in this
case. The completed indication of the STO function is not indicated (STO.22), instead
the SS1 completed indication (SS1.22) is activated. Otherwise STO function (and
SBC, if in use) behaves as configured.
With safety encoder
The lost of modulation does not affect to the behaviour of these functions when they
are used with safety encoder. See the behaviour in section SS1 with ramp monitoring
(SS1-r) on page 84 or SS1 with time monitoring (SS1-t) on page 80.
