5.11. Unpack the Charge control set
5.11.1. Before unpacking
The Charge control set will be delivered in four packages:
1. Vertical frame including the ACS Control Module.
2. Horizontal frame including the pantograph, WiFi communication unit and cables.
3. Wooden box which contain plate work to cover the frame.
4. One bag with, bolts and nuts to assemble the pole.
The horizontal frame is delivered on four transport pillars and the cables from the pantograph
and WiFi communication unit are rolled attached to the frame.
Unloading Charge control set
The delivery truck only unloads the pallet carrying the parts of the Charge
control set.
The delivery truck will not move the Charge control set to its final location.
The placement of the Charge control set to its final location is the
responsibility of the contractor. Upon request it is possible to order a truck
with a crane.
Do not pollute the environment with plastic and cardboard packing.
Depollute these things according the regional applicable regulations as
well as environment-friendly.
Preconditions:
All construction work is completed.
The product is delivered by a transport company at the confirmed date of delivery.
Equipment to set the pole in the right position during installation (in all directions).
Crane to lift the frame of the pole. The minimum load is about 2204.62 lb and minimum
height required about 23.00 ft.
Boom lift to tighten the bolts between horizontal and vertical frame, plate work
installation and connect the wires. Required height about 19.69 ft.
