Inspecting dampers
Use this procedure to inspect the dampers.

DANGER
Turn off all electric power, hydraulic and pneu-
matic pressure supplies to the robot!

• Location of dampers on
page 99
Check all dampers for damage such as:
• cracks
• existing impressions larger than 1 mm.

Check all attachment screws for deformation.3
If any damage is detected, the damper must be
replaced with a new one!
