Inspection, oil level axis-6 gearbox
Use this procedure to inspect the oil level in the axis-6 gearbox.

Handling gearbox oil involves several safety risks.

gearbox lubricants (oil or grease) on page 36.

DANGER
Turn off all:
• electric power supply
• hydraulic pressure supply
• air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot working area.

Open oil plug, filling.3
Required oil level: 23 mm ± 2 mm below the motor
mounting surface.

Add oil if required.5

Tightening torque: 25 Nm.Refit oil plug, filling.6
