Inspecting cable harness, axes 1-6
Use this procedure to inspect cable harness of axes 1-6.

DANGER
Turn off all:
electric power supply
hydraulic pressure supply
air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot working
area.

Make an overall inspection of the cable har-
ness in order to detect wear and damage.

Shown in figure Location of cable har-

Check the connectors at the base.3

Check the motor cables.4
Shown in figure Location of cable har-

Check the cable guide axis 2.
Replace if damaged.
