Fit the press tool to the rear of the balancing
device with enclosed bolts. Tighten them with
45 Nm!

Fit the hydraulic cylinder to the press tool.5
Connect the hydraulic pump to the cylinder.6
Increase the pressure and press until the
marking on the moving pin indicates the cor-
rect position (in level with the pressure block).

Turn the fix plate to position "Closed" in order
to lock the tool in loaded condition.

Hydraulic cylinder: 3HAC11731-1.
Hydraulic pump 80 MPa: 3HAC13086-1.
Do not apply more pressure than neces-
sary, it could damage bearings and
sealings at the shaft.
Unload the hydraulic cylinder.9
The hydraulic cylinder may now be removed
from the tool, when necessary.
CAUTION
Do not remove the press tool!
