3. Connect the connectors X8, X9 and X10 to the
brake release unit.

4. Refit the SMB cover with its attachment screws. Shown in the figure Location of brake
release unit, frame on page 302.

WARNING!
Before continuing any service work, please
observe the safety information in section

jammed after service work on page 48!
6. Refit the push button guard on the SMB cover. Shown in the figure Location of brake
release unit, frame on page 302.
7. If the battery has been disconnected the
revolution counters must be updated.
